Start before you separate
- Up to 12 months out: introduce yourself and share your ETS date. We start lining up roles that fit the timeline, and your clearance stays current while you’re still in.
- Transition Assistance (TAP): at Patrick SFB or your base? Bring us your TAP resume and we’ll rework it for civilian hiring managers.
- SkillBridge & Hiring Our Heroes fellowships: if your command approves one, ask us which employers are taking fellows — it’s often the shortest path to an offer.
