What does Acuere Talent do?

Acuere Talent is a specialist recruiting firm for aerospace, defense, industrial and construction employers — contract (1099 and W-2) engineers, technicians and safety staff, and confidential direct-hire searches for the senior people who lead them. Where does Acuere recruit?

Nationwide. We're headquartered on Florida's Space Coast and place people in roles anywhere in the U.S. — on-site, hybrid and remote — in aerospace, defense, industrial and construction work.

Do you help candidates relocate?

Yes. When a placement means a move, we help negotiate the relocation package with the employer and coordinate the practical side — mover quotes, temporary housing options and an area guide for the new city — at no cost to the candidate.

How do engagements work?

Contract placements run on weekly timesheets you approve by email and one weekly invoice. Direct-hire searches are set out in a short agreement before any candidate is introduced. Terms are discussed directly with each client.

Do candidates pay anything?

No. Candidates are never charged anything, and nothing is shared with an employer without the candidate's permission.

Can you staff contractors for a launch campaign, test series or shutdown?

Yes. We provide hourly contract and contract-to-hire engineers, technicians and safety staff. Contractors log hours weekly, you approve them by email, and you get one invoice per week.

Do you handle export-controlled (ITAR) and cleared roles?

Yes. We screen for U.S.-person status or security-clearance eligibility only when the role legally requires it, and we follow DOJ guidance on export-control hiring.

How fast can you send candidates?

Contract roles usually move within days. For direct-hire searches we present a short slate of people we have spoken to and screened, typically within one to two weeks. We would rather send three right people than ten possible ones.
